Mr. Hiatt, Thank you for your most excellent perserverence to give to me (and everyone else, I guess) your music. I have liked your music since the first I knew itwas you in 1994. I have bought your albums and knowyour music, and finally got to see you in Colo. Spgs. w/Mr. Lovett, (came to see you, and enjoyed every aspect of the show thoroughly) I fell in "love" with your particular delivery of music when I got your disc live at Budokhan. My God. Me and my little kids still to this day enjoy the h*** out of that disc. you are really something! And I officially regard you as my most favorite artist. Which says a lot. But you don't know me, and I'm not rich, and not a wierdo, nothing like that. Plus, there is an awful lot of music that I like and know about, and even studied when I was younger. Thank you John Hiatt. Your songs have added depth to my life, and joy to my heart, understanding of many things to my mind, celebration to me and my children when blasting on our stereo (esp. your live renditions), validation for sobriety, understanding and relation between friends, and punctuation to my every emotion. God bless you brother, maybe someday we'll meet in Heaven. Alicia Hulme, I wonder if you will ever even see this.

Thanks for what you do. God bless you and yours.
